1. Service Overview

AutoRRUGA.com is a digital platform operated by BACI Enterprise. We provide a simplified procurement service for electronic vignettes for Hungary, Slovakia, and the Czech Republic.

BACI Enterprise is a private independent IT Company with base in Republic of Kosovo. We are not linked to, affiliated with, or part of any government transport department or official toll authority , we just help clients to register a Vignette on their behalf by using our platform in Multi Languages to make it suitable for all Nationalities.

2. Fees and Pricing

When purchasing through our platform, the final price includes the official government toll fee plus a handling and convenience fee. This fee covers our 24/7 digital processing, instant email delivery, and customer support services. By completing a purchase, you agree to this price structure.

3. User Responsibility

The accuracy of the License Plate Number and Vehicle Country is the sole responsibility of the user. Once a vignette is issued by the government systems through our interface, it cannot be edited or refunded. Please double-check all details before submitting.

4. Limitation of Liability

BACI Enterprise is not responsible for any road fines or penalties received due to incorrect data entry by the user or travel occurring before the confirmed start date of the vignette.
